The "Lost Coin" Scavenger Hunt

Heaven rejoices when a sinner turns back to God, like a destitute widow who finds a lost coin. To make this point, play the "Lost Money Scavenger Hunt." Spread coins throughout the house. Then challenge your family to find the coins. But instead of allowing your family members to keep the money, tell them they will pool the money and use it on a snack or treat. After the hunt, share Luke 15:8-10 (the Parable of the Lost Coin) with your family. Impress upon them the need to seek out the lost and help them return to God.
